A: Our factory need to know:

1. Size: drawing or sample etc.

2. Material: food grade, industrial grade or medical grade.

3. Requirement: cutting, splicing, printing or others.

A: Free samples: Samples in stock, just pay the shipping cost or use freight collect; If there is no stock and you need to produce separately, please pay the sample cost to me, but we will refund you when you place a mass production order; If you need to open a new mould, the sample cost can't be refunded to you.

A: We are a real production factory, small amount of stock is only for sample preparation for customers.

A:It is best if you can provide drawings in JPG,Al,PDF,DWG,IGS,STEP format, if no drawings, samples are also available; if there are no drawings and samples, you can tell us your idea of the product, we can send you the design drawings to confirm the size and structure of the product, and after confirming the drawings, we will start to make the samples.
