In the selection of industrial materials, the performance difference between high temperature resistant silicone rubber sheet and ordinary silicone rubber sheet directly affects the use effect. High temperature resistant silicone rubber sheet is strengthened by special formula and process, and can withstand extreme temperatures of -60℃ to 300℃ for a long time, while the upper limit of the working temperature of ordinary silicone rubber sheet is usually not more than 200℃. This heat-resistant advantage makes high temperature resistant silicone rubber sheet perform better in high temperature sealing, thermal insulation protection and other scenarios.

From the perspective of material structure, high temperature resistant silicone rubber sheet is added with heat-resistant fillers and antioxidants, and the stability of molecular chain is significantly improved. Even in a continuous high temperature environment, its physical property attenuation rate is reduced by more than 60% compared with ordinary silicone rubber sheet, which can effectively avoid problems such as hardening and cracking. Although ordinary silicone rubber sheet has a lower cost, it is prone to elastic failure at high temperature, and its service life is greatly shortened.

In terms of application scenarios, high temperature resistant silicone rubber sheet is widely used in high temperature environments such as automobile engine compartments, industrial kilns, and power equipment. Its anti-aging properties can ensure long-term stable operation. Ordinary silicone rubber sheets are more suitable for scenes such as room temperature electronic component packaging and food-grade sealing. If heat source equipment is involved or it needs to withstand repeated thermal shock, high temperature resistant silicone rubber sheets are a more reliable choice.

When choosing, you need to consider the temperature conditions, cost budget and service life. For working conditions above 200℃ for a long time, the technical advantages of high temperature resistant silicone rubber sheets will bring higher cost performance. Only by reasonably matching material properties and requirements can the efficiency be maximized.
